I realized that most people will come up with excuses on why they are not living their healthiest life and having the body they want because of age or prior health conditions. When it comes down to it, you can work hard to be successful in life but if your health and physical body is not in it's optimal status, you may not have the strength and ability to enjoy it and will have to use all the earnings you have to restore your health back to life.

I've been in the fitness & health industry for over 25 years now. Yes, that means I'm about to turn the big 50 soon!!! Why is this exciting??? cause I can say I feel just as fit and even healthier than I did when I was in my 20's and 30's. I've heard for years being a personal trainer and coach from my clients who were hitting their 40's and above about all the excuses in the world on why they are not feeling as healthy as they should be. They would always say "Wait till you reach my age"... or "Growing old sucks"...and I can now say that "NO, it doesn't have to be and it's never too late!"

My fitness and health has always been an important aspect of my life cause I knew as I get older, I wanted to be able to play and enjoy life to the fullest to the day I die. It isn't about living to 100 years old for me, it is about being able to enjoy life functionally and physically and being in the best health til my last breath here on earth. It was my goal at this point to continue to learn and teach others to do exactly the same
